To promote the efficacy of issuing cloud invoice, the "2020 cloud invoice promotion award presentation and accomplishments press conference" was held on Nov.24,2020. The results of promoting the issuing of cloud invoice were announced. The big prizes for the lucky draw of the “cloud invoice award” was drawn on site. The Outstanding Performance Organization Awards of the cloud invoice competition for retailers around the country were presented to 8 winners：

The Ministry of Finance expressed that, thanks to the cooperation of Taiwan's labor force in the epidemic prevention policy, all industrial and business activities can be operated normally. It enables Taiwan to gain international recognition and acclaim in the achievements of epidemic prevention. To uphold the regulations of epidemic prevention, after analyzing the efficacy of promoting cloud invoice in the past years, the promotion means of onsite counseling and group activities were modified. Instead, the promotion has been conducted through digital marketing channels. In addition, "integrating cloud invoice into everyday life" was regarded as the major appeal of the activity. Three major well-received promotional activities were held:
- The cloud invoice competition for retailers around the country：It encouraged business entities to issue and guide people to obtain the habit of storing cloud invoice in the cloud with mobile devices. During the contest from May 1 to October 31, 2020, there were "the Outstanding Performance Store" and "the Outstanding Performance Organization" awards to honor retail business entities. "The Outstanding Performance Store Award" was an award of prize money presented to the top 10 outstanding shops in the administrative district of the five regional National Tax Bureau, totaling 50 stores with prize money of NT$80,0000. This year, 13,507 stores participated in the contest, issuing 493.48 million cloud invoices in total. Compared with the base period of the contest, there was an increase of 39.6% regarding the issuing of cloud invoice. The contest for the "Outstanding Performance Organization Award" was opened to all districts in Taiwan. The top 8 of them would be honored in public. A total of 115 business entities participated in the contest, issuing 557.38 million cloud invoices. Compared with the base period, there was an increase of 42.2% regarding the issuing of cloud invoice.
- Cloud invoice lucky draw activity： It encouraged people to obtain the habit of storing cloud invoices in the cloud while consumption in daily life. The contest was held from July 1 to October 15, 2020. Participants storing cloud invoices with mobile devices in the cloud would have the opportunity of winning the early bird award, participation award, recommendation award, and cloud invoice award. The activity gained widespread and enthusiastic responses from people. A total of 178,285 people entered the contest, issuing 14.02milion cloud invoices. Among them, 14,287 people used cloud invoice for the first time.
- Campus Treasure Hunting – Let's Go activity： In collaboration with the business zones neighboring campuses, it encouraged students to experience the convenience of using cloud invoice onsite. The activity was held from August to October 2020. Teaming up in their own groups, students from colleges, universities, senior high schools, and vocational senior high schools participated in the activity. They completed the experience tasks according to the treasure map of their neighboring business zones. Those who completed the tasks could win the highest of NT$1,000 of consumption money and would have the opportunity of winning e-coupons in the value of NT$2,000 in the lucky draw lot.A total of 533 teams joined this activity. Among them, there were 996 college students and 147 senior high school and vocational senior high school students. Issuing 10,021 cloud invoice in total, they consumed NT$719,535.
The Ministry of Finance pointed out that, despite the epidemic, they still could use appropriate measures such as the medium of the internet to promote the policy with digital technology in sponsoring these activities. Even though there was a lack of actual interaction in these activities, people still supported the issuing of cloud invoice enthusiastically. It allows the rate of cloud invoice to increase continuously. In the future, digital sales will be used efficiently to achieve maximum benefits with limited resources.
